This listing is for one set of Rotary Lift T100273 truck Adapters with 1 1/2" pin size for newer lifts withTrio arms.  If you have the older 3 stage arms They used a 2" diameter pin size and these are not correct for your lift.
These are original unused adapters sold by Rotary Lift. This is not an after market reproduction.
We will repackage these and ship them priority mail flat rate at no additional charge
This kit consists of (4) T110564 adapters and mounting bracket.
