You're purchasing a signed and lovely Reed and Barton Sterling silver .925 fine sugar cube tong.  It's in excellent shape with a nice curved inset pattern (I don't know the name of this pattern).  There are some hairline scratches from usage but nothing to distract.  There is very mild tarnish and they could obviously gleam if shined.  They are 4.5" long and weigh 26.5 grams (.85 troy ounces).
