Rare Bono Signed U2 11x14 War Promo with PSA/DNA COA and Proof Photo

For your consideration is an original, promotional advertisement for U2's War album, signed by legendary frontman, Bono.
The advertisement itself is very rare and quite valuable. War is considered one of U2's best albums and is included in the Rolling Stone's Top 500 Albums of All Time list.
Bono signed this prior to a U2 performance on May 8th, 2018 in San Jose, CA. Attached is a photo of him chatting with fans just moments before signing for me, providing an exquisite, full example of his signature after expressing his appreciation for this rare item. Most Bono signatures for sale are shortened and or sloppy/rushed in nature. The autograph was signed with a black, felt-tip permanent Sharpie marker.
The strikingly famous album artwork of War, combined with the attention grabbing headline and perfect, bold Bono signature, truly makes this piece one of a kind.
The paper is in fine condition, with some barely noticeable light aging and wear on the edges. The shadowing visible on the bottom right in the photo is from the camera angle and is not on the item itself.
