Hello there.
A little background on this. My father, Dave Butler, and Mel Blanc were friends, and over the years, he got numerous items autographed by Mel. I was lucky enough to go to his house a few times in the 1980's.
Here we have a picture of Mel at his desk surrounded by some of the characters he voiced. Photo is on glossy paper. I believe he had these to sign when people came to his office.  Nice signature. Measures 3.75"x7". Has some light creases from handling. Nothing that bad at all. Undated, but the photo is dated 1978.
No certificate or anything with this, but it's obviously legit and you would have no trouble getting it authenticated.
