Practical bright chrome finish not cheapo black coating.
NEW Medium/Large Sized 1/2" to 4-1/2" BEARING SPLITTER SEPARATOR PULLER REMOVER.
Will not "explode" and fragment like cast.  This splitter is not to be compared to those featureless black oxide coated splitters with no threaded pulling holes.  This bearing separator is not CTA brand.
I can't know for sure, but probably just as good as the more expensive splitters out there.
Made for press work and pulling, this puller features 'knife-like" edges which are easily placed behind bearing, pulley, hub etc., to secure a gripping surface, even when clearances are extremely limited.
Standard two arm puller jaws grip attachment's outer edge; when used with a Push-Puller, threaded for 1/2"
Each jaw is threaded for pulling bolts (Grade 8).  Some splitters actually come without this feature ...very limiting.
Weighs 5 lb. 12 oz oz.
Made for 6,12, 20, ton press work and 30, 40 and 50 ton press work when backed up with our press plates or straight ars.

The quality and price of bearing splitters on eBay vary a lot.  Some of the imports out there are pretty crude. We have had no problem with these splitters
and offer them at a fair price.
We know ours are hardened to Rockwell  42C to 45C and we have never had a return!
