Description
Exquisite antique sugar shell in the early pattern by R. Wallace & Sons 'Sappho' introduced in 1895. A fine example of late Victorian period silver, it features an exceptionally beautiful decorated bowl. It is monogrammed 'Jessie'.
Size: Approximately 6".
Maker Marks: On reverse as shown in photo.
CONDITION: Antique item, estimated 100-120 years old. Light surface marks commensurate with age and use. Lovely patina with some tarnish in pattern recesses. Please scan down to see higher definition close up photos.
